Management System Auditor

About the Position

We are seeking a Management System Auditor with 5+ years of experience in quality assurance to join our team in Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Audits: Perform and complete the third-party audit cycle, conduct desk studies, prepare checklists, conduct on-site audits, and prepare audit packages.
• Training and Development: Review and customize training materials, conduct specific training programs, and provide coaching and performance feedback for auditors under training or supervision.
• Business Development: Maintain and expand business with assigned accounts and assist sales executives during client visits or calls.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies and SGS Code of Integrity. Respond to emergencies, dispose of waste safely, and report incidents and hazards.
• Reporting: Complete audit reports, update client files, and raise non-conformances or findings subject to review by the lead auditor.

Requirements

• Education: Degree holder of a discipline as determined by the industry requirements.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a specific industry with 2 years in quality assurance or quality control.
• Certifications: At least one major certification for any of the following:
  • Auto/EE - IATF 16949, Lead Auditor for ISO 9001
  • Food - Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000
  • RBS - APSCA-certified CSCA (including Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001)
• Skills:
  • Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Communication skills
  • Computer literate
