About the Position
Manager Call Center Italy
Join Kodland as a Manager Call Center Italy. Work remotely, manage client sign-ups, and provide support for trial lessons. Flexible hours and fast growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Contacting clients via phone and other communication channels to sign them up for a trial lesson.
- Providing information about products/services, answering client questions and concerns, and resolving them effectively.
- Ensuring clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons.
- Supporting clients throughout the process of enrolling in our school.
Requirements
- What makes you the best candidate?
- You can work full-time (hours are very flexible, but you must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays).
- You have a Windows or Mac computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
- You are fluent in Polish or have a professional level of communication with clients.
- Knowledge of CRM systems will be an additional advantage.
