As part of the development of the transverse CIO Advisory offering, responsible for supporting our clients in defining and implementing their IT strategy and IT/Digital Transformation projects, we are looking to strengthen the team.

You will work with our clients' CIOs on various types of missions, including:

• Defining their Digital & IT strategy (master plans, blueprints) and identifying the technological levers at the heart of the company's transformation
• Defining and deploying major Digital and Data transformation programs or projects
• Transforming their Operating Models for greater agility
• Evaluating, experimenting, and scaling new innovative technologies (GenAI, blockchain, web 3.0, etc.)
• Evaluating IT M&A opportunities (due diligence) and supporting deployment
• Analyzing and optimizing IT performance at the enterprise level

Responsibilities

• You have one or more experiences in consulting on digital & IT transformation topics
• You have skills and an appetite for digital, new technologies, and innovation
• You are fluent in English and possess a good analytical and synthetic mind as well as relational and pedagogical skills.
• Our interventions will include recurring and major topics at the heart of digital transformation, for example, the strategy and deployment of Go-to-Cloud, Green IT and IT for Green for reducing the carbon footprint, the analysis and reinforcement of Cybersecurity systems, etc.

Requirements

• You are a graduate of a top business school, engineering school, IEP, or university
• With a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a Master's degree from a business school, you have at least 6 years of experience in an IT Consulting firm and/or within a CIO office
• You have broad application experience in selecting and implementing new IT building blocks, imperatively in the ERP domain
• You are sensitized to IT best practices and have a good knowledge of IT trades, organizations, and processes
• You are fluent in English and possess a good analytical and synthetic mind as well as pedagogical skills
