About the Position

In the context of our business development and under the direct supervision of Inetum Consulting managers, you will:

• Work on strategic framing missions, optimization of business processes, IT master plans, or support for the implementation of information systems, change management projects;
• Supervise one or more consultants;
• Participate in the development of marketing offers and commercial proposals;
• Ensure the smooth running of the essentially fixed-price missions entrusted to you;
• Play a mentoring role for certain consultants.

Requirements

• Graduated from an engineering school and/or business school (Bac +5/6) with 6 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or gained within a consulting firm focused on Industrial Operations Excellence.
• Actively participated in cross-functional projects to improve industrial performance that you have successfully led.
• Your experience, skills, and communication abilities allow you to lead project teams with ease at our main clients and to assert yourself as a force of proposal on business topics with high added value towards Industrial and General Managements.
• Your sense of initiative and risk-taking will allow you to play a key role in the development of our activities with our clients and prospects and will be a valuable asset for your evolution within the Inetum Group.
• Your aptitude for ERP tools and Industry 4.0 technologies is a differentiating factor.
• Your English proficiency is at least professional and allows you to lead workshops in an international environment.
