About the Position

Manager Corporate Warehousing (m/w/d)

Join Lekkerland - Karriere as a Manager Corporate Warehousing to lead projects in warehousing, logistics, and supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

Project Management: You will take ownership of projects in the warehousing environment – from analysis, conception, implementation to tracking results.
Technology Roadmap: You will develop our technology roadmap in warehousing and bring concrete automation and digitalization projects to fruition.
Process Analysis: You will analyze warehouse processes, key figures, and operational activities at our locations, compare them across locations and countries, and derive realistic, economic, and effective improvement measures that you will translate into scalable best practices and standards.
Proactive Identification: You will proactively identify optimization potentials and future topics – instead of just reacting to requirements, you will bring your own impulses.
Collaboration: You will work closely with our operational warehouse locations and ensure that concepts are practical, understandable, and implementable.
Rollout Support: You will support the rollout of new processes, technologies, or systems and ensure that changes are properly introduced, documented, and trained.
Coordination: You will coordinate internal and external interfaces – e.g., Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Service Providers, and international colleagues.

Requirements

Experience: Mehrjährige (ca. 3–5 Jahre) relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld Warehousing, Logistik, Supply Chain, Prozessmanagement oder Automatisierung.
Understanding: Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für operative Lagerprozesse sowie die Fähigkeit, praxistaugliche und skalierbare Lösungen zu entwickeln und zu bewerten.
Project Management: Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung – inklusive Stakeholder-Management und Entscheidungsfindung.
Analytical Skills: Starke analytische Kompetenz gepaart mit einer datenbasierten Herangehensweise zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen.
Technology Affinity: Affinität zu modernen Lagertechnologien sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Automatisierung, Digitalisierung und die Weiterentwicklung von Systemlandschaften.
Communication: Souveräne und adressatengerechte Kommunikation auf allen Ebenen – von operativen Einheiten bis hin zum Management und externen Partnern.
Initiative: Hohe Eigeninitiative in Kombination mit strukturierter, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägter Fähigkeit zum sicheren Umgang mit parallelen Themen.
Technical Skills: Sehr gute MS-Office-/Excel-Kenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für die punktuelle internationale Zusammenarbeit.
