About the Position

Manager, Deep Learning Algorithms

NVIDIA is seeking a Manager, Deep Learning Algorithms to lead and optimize deep learning projects, focusing on performance and inference.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, mentor, and lead the execution of projects and activities of the team, including creating, optimizing, and deploying training and inference deep learning workloads.
Collaborate with internal customers to align priorities across business units.
Coordinate projects across different geographic locations.
Grow and develop a world-class team.
Travel to conferences, other sites, or visit customers occasionally.

Requirements

Minimum requirement of BSc, 8 years related overall experience, including 3 years of management/leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of graduate studies and experience.
Experience leading multiple software engineering projects.
Strong algorithms and deep learning skills or experience.
Excellent programming, debugging, performance analysis, and test design skills.
Great communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with inference of deep learning models.
Experience doing performance analysis and tuning.
Exposure to hardware architecture, ideally accelerators, and to numerical software.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).

We Offer

Base salary range for Poland: 345,000 PLN - 598,000 PLN for Level 3, and 405,000 PLN - 702,000 PLN for Level 4.
