Responsibilities

  • Participating in the management team for Business Assurance Norway and contributing to and shaping the Business Assurance Norway management agenda.
  • Assisting with business development activities.
  • Leading performance reviews and development discussions with team members.
  • Coordinating with other leaders to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Overseeing multiple projects within the team to ensure work is conducted within.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Possibly conducting audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Depending on the candidates, we will form the content of the position together, so that it reflects the capabilities of the candidate and needs seen in the team.


Requirements

  • Able to balance empathy, with operational and strategical business needs, to co-create well-working solutions together with team/resources and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, with solid experience in a people leadership role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Norwegian, as our customers are based in Norway.
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree with technical background and understanding of aqua standards.
  • Professional experience and knowledge of audits within aqua.
