About the Position

Employment type: Contract (Hybrid model)

Join ING Wholesale Banking and become part of a high-performing team delivering financing solutions for some of the largest and most strategically important corporate groups in Poland and across Europe.

The Corporate Financing Center is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing all kinds of financing transactions, including complex projects for leading domestic champions and multinational corporations within the ING global network. The team operates at the intersection of corporate lending and structured finance, working on transactions that support growth, transformation, and long-term investment plans of major clients.

As a Manager for Strategic Clients Financing, you will gain broad exposure to large-cap corporate financing, sustainable finance, and cross-border transactions while working closely with senior bankers, credit risk professionals, and international stakeholders across the ING organization.

This role combines analytical depth, transaction execution, and direct business exposure in a dynamic Front Office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Structuring and executing financing transactions across revolving credit facilities, term loans, and sustainability-linked financing solutions
  • Preparing and coordinating credit applications, financing proposals, and transaction materials
  • Performing financial analysis, reviewing financial models, and assessing financing structures
  • Supporting negotiations of financing terms and loan documentation alongside internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring portfolio performance, covenant packages, collateral structures, and early warning indicators
  • Delivering credit and business recommendations based on financial, market, and sector analysis
  • Cooperating with relationship managers, risk teams, operations, and product specialists across multiple ING locations globally
  • Building sector expertise and following market trends, macroeconomic developments, and evolving financing solutions relevant to large corporates
  • Participating in strategic discussions related to client financing needs and long-term banking relationships

Requirements

  • Experience (preferably min 5 years) within corporate banking, structured finance, credit risk, leveraged finance, or related areas in an international financial institution
  • Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of corporate finance and credit products
  • Experience working on financing transactions and preparing credit analysis or transaction materials
  • Ability to communicate complex financial topics in a clear and concise way
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in an international environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in large-scale corporate transactions and financial markets
