About the Role

Egnyte is seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our Mountain View team. This role requires strong financial modeling and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The successful candidate will be required to work in person with the team at our Mountain View, CA office at least 3 days per week.


Responsibilities

  • Key driver/owner of operating expenses and decision support modeling for key business areas, partnering closely with senior leadership
  • Build and maintain complex financial and decision-making models to evaluate tradeoffs, assess investments, and support scenario planning
  • Lead ROI and business case analysis for key initiatives to inform capital allocation and growth decisions
  • Support preparation of investor and executive-facing financial materials, ensuring clear and compelling communication of performance and strategy

Requirements

  • 6+ years of directly applicable FP&A experience
  • Experience working with SaaS and subscription-based revenue models at a technology company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excel and PowerPoint "power user" capable of creating professional presentation materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion, with high attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred
  • Investment banking or investor relations experience desirable

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $145K to $165K annually
  • Currency: USD
  • Period: Year
