About the Job
In this role, you will drive the implementation and continuous optimization of BioNTech’s QMS and Veeva eQMS within OneQMS. You will enable compliant, scalable quality processes and support AI-enabled improvements that strengthen operational excellence across all business units.
Responsibilities
- Shape and maintain the global QMS/eQMS roadmap, governance model, and platform capability plan.
- Guide QMS digital transformation initiatives from initial assessment through delivery, including the development of AI use cases.
- Chair BPO governance forums, bringing stakeholders together to address cross-process gaps and resolve implementation challenges.
- Coordinate the transition from legacy QMS/eQMS systems and their eventual decommissioning.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences or pharmacy.
- At least five years of hands-on experience and strong expertise in global quality systems.
- Strong quality mindset, a clear focus on compliance, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Collaborative team player who builds trust and works effectively across functions.
- Structured and outcome-focused, applying Lean principles and project management practices to deliver sustainable results.
- Confident communicator in English, with additional German being a plus.
