Manager Logistics

About the Position

We are seeking a Manager Logistics to lead and implement the site logistics strategy in line with Group objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the site logistics strategy in line with Group objectives.
• Manage logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, imports/exports, and material flow.
• Ensure timely supply of materials and consumables from local and international sources.
• Manage logistics budget, costs, and KPI performance.
• Develop and coach the Logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and local authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a strong Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) culture.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment (automotive is a plus)
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory management, customs, supplier management, and cost optimization
• Fluent English communication skills
