Manager - Ocean Export Pricing - Freight Forwarding
Join DP World as a Manager - Ocean Export Pricing - Freight Forwarding in India. Develop booking strategies, optimize carrier mix, and drive profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop booking strategies aligned with volume and profitability targets.
- Optimize carrier mix and ensure adherence to spot and core carrier targets.
- Monitor bookings, capacity utilization, and pricing commitments.
- Maintain accurate pricing and booking trackers.
- Negotiate competitive rates and manage carrier relationships.
- Track market movements, rate changes, and share pricing intelligence.
- Support Sales and network offices in business acquisition and account growth.
- Drive pricing for new opportunities, own accounts, and special products.
- Track quotations, conversion, and business wins/losses.
- Identify priority trade lanes and growth opportunities.
- Drive trade lane expansion and new product penetration.
- Drive FCL volume growth, yield improvement, and EBITA targets.
- Identify cost optimization and profitable business opportunities.
- Ensure timely updates of pricing sheets, quote logs, and performance trackers.
- Monitor key KPIs and drive corrective actions against targets.
- Strengthen pricing capabilities and product maturity across target branches.
- Drive pricing discipline, standard processes, and profitable growth.
