About the Role

As a Manager, you will make an impact by leading and delivering complex consulting engagements for clients. You will be a valued member of the consulting team and work collaboratively with managers, primary teams, other stakeholders, and clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead client engagements and deliver high-impact solutions
  • Drive project delivery and ensure client satisfaction
  • Mentor and develop junior team members
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support business development and thought leadership initiatives

Work Model

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a position requiring 4 days a week in a client office in Dallas, TX. Requirements

  • 10+ years of consulting, professional services, digital strategy development, advisory, or transformation programs operating in a client-facing capacity serving and leading external client engagements
  • Extensive experience working in the relevant industry segment
  • Excellent customer-facing capabilities, and an established track record for selling & delivering consulting engagements
  • Personal leadership and a desire to create a culture that enables exceptional outcomes
  • Embodiment of the Cognizant Way to Lead: Leading Self, Leading Others, & Leading the Business

We Offer

  • Compensation: $95,000-$120,000
    This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
