About the Position

We are seeking a Manager SAP S/4 HANA Transformation to lead SAP S/4 HANA projects in Zürich, offering hybrid work options.

Responsibilities

• Support our clients in developing future-oriented business models, SAP S/4 HANA strategies, and architectures.
• Lead (partial) project management for demanding transformation projects.
• Actively participate in projects from strategic alignment to business process optimization and operational implementation using all relevant SAP Business Solutions.
• Acquire new clients and develop sustainable client relationships.
• Prepare and conduct professional pre-sales workshops.
• A mix of delivery and sales activities.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, computer science, or related fields.
• Several years of experience in implementing SAP solutions.
• Leadership and project management experience in digital transformation in logistics or finance environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA solutions is mandatory, with SAP Cloud solutions being advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to advise our clients on-site.
• Enthusiastic and proactive personality.
• Customer-oriented and self-reliant work within our project teams.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
