As a Manager SAP TM (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in our customer projects and actively shape the development of our TM Community. You will manage demanding transformation projects in transport logistics, advise our customers at eye level, and be responsible for solutions that are technically convincing and operationally viable. At the same time, you will bring your experience in Business Consulting and support our customers in strategically developing their transport logistics and setting them up for the future.

This is not just about project implementation. You will combine deep SAP TM know-how with leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and the aim of sustainably expanding customer relationships. You will provide orientation in projects, develop colleagues technically, set impulses for new topics within leogistics, and contribute to further strengthening our positioning in the SAP logistics environment. For you, the focus is always on the concrete customer benefit, a partnership-based consultation, and the sustainable development of our TM Community.

Responsibilities

You will take responsibility for demanding SAP TM projects and transformation projects and manage them technically, organizationally, and sometimes also as a project or sub-project leader.
You will advise our customers at eye level on the introduction, development, and transformation of transport logistics solutions and develop viable solution approaches with a strategic view.
You will be responsible for analyzing complex requirements and translating them into robust technical, functional, and architectural concepts in the SAP TM environment.
You will manage workshops, decision processes, and stakeholder alignments confidently and ensure that economically sensible and implementable solutions emerge from requirements.
You will lead project teams technically, develop colleagues, and provide orientation in demanding customer and project situations.
You will actively participate in offer processes, presales activities, and the development of our service portfolio in the area of Transportation Management, take responsibility for customer acquisition, and specifically develop existing customer relationships.
You will take entrepreneurial responsibility for a sub-area, manage budgets and resources in your area of responsibility, and work closely with our Head of SAP TM to effectively translate strategic goals into operational daily business.
You will recognize market and customer topics early, set impulses for new consulting approaches, and contribute to further expanding our positioning in the SAP logistics environment.

Requirements

What you bring

You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Logistics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
You have solid and several years of experience in SAP consulting with a clear focus on SAP TM and bring a deep understanding of transport logistics processes and their technical and functional implementation.
You have experience in managing demanding transformation projects, for example, in the context of SAP S/4HANA, template approaches, rollouts, or system harmonizations.
You can structure complex requirements, translate them into viable solution and architecture decisions, and confidently combine technical, functional, and economic perspectives.
You present yourself confidently to customers, stakeholders, and management levels, manage workshops and decision processes confidently, and convince with clear, target group-appropriate communication.
You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, act proactively, and move confidently at the interface between delivery and management.
You enjoy taking responsibility for customers, teams, and business development, develop colleagues technically, and actively shape the further expansion of our SAP TM area. You bring travel readiness and very good German and English language skills.
