As Manager Solution Design (d/f/m), you will lead a team of Solution Designers, shape our solution portfolio, and turn customer needs into innovative, value-driven solutions. Working at the intersection of customers, business, and technology, you will drive growth and innovation at 4flow.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy and future portfolio of 4flow Solutions by identifying market opportunities and customer needs
• Develop business opportunities towards market and customers, grow our Data Solutions revenue significantly
• Lead and develop a team of Business Solution Designers who design solutions combining technology, processes, and logistics expertise
• Translate complex customer challenges into clear business solution concepts (technology, process, skills) and guide technical teams in bringing them to life
• Drive the development and implementation of digital solutions, including the use of AI, gen AI, AI agents, and emerging technologies where they create real value
• Collaborate closely with customers, consultants, software teams, and internal experts to create impactful solutions
• Define success metrics and continuously improve solutions based on customer feedback and business impact

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, solution design, digital transformation, or a comparable role, preferably in the supply chain industry, and 2 years of experience in leading teams.
• Proven track in implementing AI solutions and emerging technologies and knowing when they create real value.
• Proven track record in managing projects with multiple stakeholders and in translating business challenges into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Communicate confidently in English and German (at least level B2).
• Passion for continuous innovation and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
