About the Position

Manager, Transformation and Value Creation

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Transformation and Value Creation (TVC) team at Analysys Mason. This role is pivotal in extending our services across technology-intensive sectors, contributing to our global growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering major transformation and strategic change programmes across tech intensive industries.
• Building attributable client relationships based on your technology expertise.
• Managing a diverse range of client engagement types across various sectors and geographies.
• Developing intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
• Controlling and optimizing resources and costs in project delivery.
• Inspiring high levels of performance from project teams.
• Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.

Requirements

• Consulting experience, managing and delivering transformation engagements for clients across various tech intensive industries.
• Experience in value creation, commercial or operational excellence, revenue growth, cost and margin optimization, and operating model design, programme recovery, and turnaround.
