About the Position
Manager - Usługi Księgowe
We are seeking a Manager for Accounting Services to join our team in Katowice, Poland. This role is hybrid, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance of accounting books and preparation of financial reports and statements for consolidation and management needs of clients
- Verify the correctness of accounting entries, information in tax declarations, and financial statements
- Coordinate and monitor the work of the subordinate accounting team
- Supervise the timeliness of tasks
- Provide substantive support
- Maintain ongoing contact with clients
Requirements
- Higher education
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting, including at least 2 years in a managerial and supervisory role
- Experience in a company providing accounting services
- Very good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- Very good knowledge of English, including accounting terminology
- Independence and responsibility

- Very good communication and teamwork skills
- Very good communication and client collaboration skills

About the Company
The Accounting Services Department provides accounting book-keeping services for KPMG clients. In addition to maintaining accounting books, department employees are involved in preparing tax declarations, reports, and financial statements in accordance with Polish accounting principles and client-accepted accounting standards, contacting tax authorities, and assisting clients during tax audits and financial statement reviews.
