About the Position

Manager Zajęć Próbnych Poland

We are Kodland, an international online programming school for children and young people. We teach children in over 40 countries, with a student count exceeding 15,000 and over 700 professional teachers. Our course programs are developed by teachers with extensive professional experience in the field of computer science and delivered by qualified instructors. Our goal is to provide students with knowledge about sought-after IT professions and to prove that a computer can become a powerful tool for personal development. Kodland is growing rapidly and expanding its operations worldwide. We are currently working on new markets and are looking for professionals who are ready to join our team.

What are we looking for?

• Sales Representatives who are responsible for presenting trial programming lessons through Zoom calls with parents and their children.
• These lessons last between 40 minutes and 1 hour and involve guiding a child (accompanied by a parent) through short, fun, and hands-on programming exercises that will help the child develop the skills needed to thrive in today's world.
• Don't know how to code? Don't worry - we provide all the necessary training!

Responsibilities

• Present trial programming lessons via Zoom calls with parents and their children.
• Guide children through short, fun, and hands-on programming exercises.
• Build a good rapport with children and parents.
• Communicate effectively with the Kodland International team.

Requirements

• Ability to build a good rapport with children and parents.
• Strong presentation skills - you must be an excellent communicator.
• A friendly, patient, and professional disposition.
• Experience in sales, customer service, teaching, presenting, training, or coaching is a plus.
• You must have a Windows or Mac computer/laptop and a good internet connection.
• Intermediate English proficiency, enabling communication with the Kodland International team.

Important: We offer a B2B contract with the possibility of working as an unregistered sole trader; other available options also include cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator (commission contract/contract for specific work).
