About the Role
Join IE2S GmbH as a Manager:in PMO Netzausbauprojekte and play a pivotal role in coordinating complex infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy sector. You will lead interdisciplinary teams and ensure the successful execution of projects through meticulous planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Oversee and manage complex Netzausbauprojekte, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Risk Management: Conduct detailed risk analyses and implement measures to minimize potential risks.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards, ensuring structured documentation and adherence to best practices.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage interfaces to ensure seamless project execution.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, participating in industry conferences to expand the business network.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in PMO processes, project management tools (e.g., iTWO, Primavera P6), and GRC tools.
- Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., IMPA, PMI) is desirable.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.
