Manager/Senior Manager, Delivery Management - Application Security

About the Position

We are seeking a visionary and technically accomplished Delivery Management Leader to lead our AI-Native Cyber Resilience Program. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-scale Application Security initiative that combines established application security best practices with advanced agentic workflows and AI-driven optimization. You will connect complex technical execution, business impact, and human-led governance - turning raw security findings into automated, high-velocity remediation.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Engagement Ownership: Steer the roadmap, milestones, governance model, risks and impediments, and financial performance of enterprise Application Security programs.
• AI-Native Operational Transformation: Lead the integration of agentic techniques and AI optimization into existing security processes to address high-risk findings at machine speed.
• Intelligent Triage & Remediation Orchestration: Establish/govern systems and processes that validate, deduplicate, and rank security findings based on practical exploitability, business context, and actual impact. Drive the remediation of vulnerabilities at scale.
• Governance: Establish clear evaluation criteria and actionable reporting, build an integrated overview of the security posture across an application portfolio.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Translate AppSec metrics, AI KPIs, and risk reduction milestones into clear, actionable reporting for C-level executives and portfolio leaders.

Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale delivery management or program leadership within cybersecurity, with a heavy emphasis on Application Security programs.
• Core Security Certifications: Industry-recognized security certification required, with a strong preference for CSSLP (Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional), CISM, CISSP, or equivalent senior credentials.
• AI & Automation Acumen: Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with AI optimization, agentic workflows, LLM integration, or automated software/security pipelines.
• Technical & Business Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, AppSec vulnerabilities, risk evaluation and quantification, executive stakeholder management.
• Delivery Excellence: Exceptional capability in governing cross-functional engineering teams, managing program financials, and defining robust operational governance models.
