Managing Consultant Cybersecurity

Responsibilities
- Lead complex cybersecurity projects from start to finish.
- Actively contribute to business development and pre-sales activities.
- Mentor junior consultants in their professional development.
- Co-author proposals and tenders tailored to client needs.
- Promote innovation and share best practices within the organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients, combining technical depth with business insights.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a cybersecurity consultant or in a similar role.
- Completed HBO or WO education, preferably with a focus on IT or cybersecurity.
- Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven experience in project management and coaching team members.
- Strong communication skills and commercial insight.
- Affinity with both technical content and strategic issues.
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
