Managing Consultant - Data Science (Customer Data)

About the Position

Join frog's data team as a Managing Consultant in Data Science, focusing on customer data to drive innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evaluation of Generative AI solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs) for various use cases.
• Utilize expertise in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics.
• Develop and implement machine learning models, including predictive, forecasting, classification, and deep learning models.
• Work with various data sets, including transactional/EPOS, digital, social, and loyalty.
• Lead cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and create valuable products/solutions.
• Respond to RFP/RFIs, draft SOWs, cost up engagements, and negotiate with clients.
• Mentor, guide, and develop team members.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Data Science & AI Expert: Expert in building and evaluating Generative AI solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• CX Data Experience: Hands-on experience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics.
• Programming Experience: Skilled in using programming languages such as Python.
• Cloud Expertise: Knowledge of cloud platforms and tools for data science and machine learning.
• Data Visualisation Experience: Utilise visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong AI Delivery Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams to create valuable products/solutions.
• Commercial Acumen: Experience in responding to RFP/RFIs, drafting SOWs, costing up engagements, and client negotiation.
• People Manager: People management skills, including mentoring, guiding, and developing team members.
• Excellent Communicator: Strong written communication, presentation, and data-driven storytelling skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in primary growth sectors; CPR (Consumer Products & Retail), ETU (Energy, Utilities, and Telecommunications), and PS (Public Sector).
• Familiarity with Agentic AI development and use cases.
• Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI and data science.
