About the Position

Location: London, United Kingdom

Hybrid Working: 3 Days in the Office

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine the growth strategy for the agency.
  • Ensure the right operating model and structure are in place.
  • Lead the new business and pitch process.
  • Manage cash flow and maximize revenues.
  • Build strong relationships with senior clients and industry leaders.
  • Set clear targets and KPIs and hold senior reports accountable.
  • Lead bi-annual Board meetings and produce detailed reports.

  • Proven leadership track record in delivering business goals.
  • Strategic Planning and implementation skills.
  • Client Service Excellence and building trusted relationships.
  • Financial Acumen and planning skills.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills (verbal, written, and listening).
  • Emotional Intelligence and integrity.
