About the Position

Hybrid Working: 3 Days in the Office

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the growth strategy for the agency.
- Ensure the right operating model and structure are in place.
- Lead the new business and pitch process.
- Manage cash flow and maximize revenues.
- Build strong relationships with senior clients and industry leaders.
- Set clear targets and KPIs and hold senior reports accountable.
- Lead bi-annual Board meetings and produce detailed reports.
Requirements
- Proven leadership track record in delivering business goals.
- Strategic Planning and implementation skills.
- Client Service Excellence and building trusted relationships.
- Financial Acumen and planning skills.
- Exceptional Communication Skills (verbal, written, and listening).
- Emotional Intelligence and integrity.
