About the Position
Bright Pattern is looking for a Junior Product Manager to help discern market product trends and define software products for our innovative cloud contact center platform.
Responsibilities
- Identify Key Customer Use Cases for the Contact Center Market
- Analyze Market Environment
- Demonstrate Key Capabilities of the Bright Pattern Platform
- Create innovative solutions using Bright Pattern and our APIs
- Define solutions so they are easily understood by dev manager, dev and QA engineers, and tech writers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Ability to code in programming languages
- Code in a programming language and use of APIs
- Understanding how modern web/SaaS technologies work, knowledge of IP telephony is a plus
