About the Position
The Model: This is a Mercantile Partnership. You will have full autonomy to build your business and team, supported by the complete weight of our international brand, infrastructure, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Acting as the primary representative for ISG in the Aragon region, identifying and securing high-level client partnerships.
- Team Building: Recruiting and leading a team of consultants to mirror our success in other Spanish regions.
- 360° HR Solutions: Delivering a comprehensive suite of services including Headhunting, Training, Coaching, Interim Management, and Human Capital Strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR Services, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to manage your own business entity.
- Deep knowledge of the local Zaragoza business landscape and a strong professional network.
- Strategic vision with a focus on high-quality client delivery.
