Responsibilities

• Business Development: Acting as the primary representative for ISG in the Aragon region, identifying and securing high-level client partnerships.
• Team Building: Recruiting and leading a team of consultants to mirror our success in other Spanish regions.
• 360° HR Solutions: Delivering a comprehensive suite of services including Headhunting, Training, Coaching, Interim Management, and Human Capital Strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR Services, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to manage your own business entity.
• Deep knowledge of the local Zaragoza business landscape and a strong professional network.
• Strategic vision with a focus on high-quality client delivery.
