Managing Partner – ISG Luxembourg

Responsibilities

As Managing Partner of ISG in Luxembourg, you will develop and lead your own business within the Group, driven by a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Your responsibilities will include:

• Business Development & Strategy: Identify opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle within the Luxembourg market.
• Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain a strong network of senior executives, HR Directors, and high-level decision-makers.
• Consultative Approach & Solution Selling: Understand your clients' needs and challenges and demonstrate the value of ISG's solutions.
• Project Management: Lead Executive Search and consulting assignments in coordination with ISG's local and international teams.
• ISG Brand Representation: Promote the Group's values of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
• Marketing & Visibility: Participate in Group events and initiatives to strengthen ISG's brand awareness and support business development.
