About the Position
Managing Partner (m/f/d)
ISG Personalmanagement GmbH, founded in 1999 and a leading consulting firm in Europe, is seeking a committed franchise partner to establish a new branch in Croatia in the field of personnel consulting and recruiting. This role offers an opportunity for promotion to managing director.
Responsibilities
- Establishing and managing your own ISG branch in Croatia
- Selling our services
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Preparing job profiles and advertisements
- Professionally recruiting qualified candidates in a national and international environment
- Conducting structured interviews and supporting candidates throughout the entire selection process
- Cross-selling of other ISG services (e.g. personnel development, training, Media House)
Requirements
- Experience in HR consulting, sales, or in a management position is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high level of self-motivation
- Enjoyment of consulting, communication, and working with people
- Written and spoken English
- Professionalism, initiative, and success orientation
