About the Position
Managing Partner - Sevilla
Launch and grow as an ISG partner in Sevilla's thriving HR consulting market. This business-to-business role is for ambitious entrepreneurs eager to represent ISG, with potential to become Regional Manager-choose your niche, from recruitment and talent acquisition to HR strategy, training, or advisory services.
Role Overview
Represent ISG in Sevilla, using our established model to secure clients and deliver high-value HR projects. Access international opportunities, working on deals in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and beyond. This is not employment; it's a revenue-share partnership like franchising-no buy-in or subscriptions required. ISG earns a percentage only from successful project revenues.
Responsibilities
- Secure clients and deliver high-value HR projects in Sevilla.
- Represent ISG in the HR consulting market.
- Choose your niche from recruitment, talent acquisition, HR strategy, training, or advisory services.
- Work on international deals across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and beyond.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial with HR consulting experience or strong business drive.
- Network in Spain's HR/business sectors (Sevilla ideal, but flexible).
- Self-motivated to build pipelines and select your niche (e.g., recruitment, DEI, compliance).
- Fluency in Spanish/English; excellent sales and relationship skills.
- Ability to operate via B2B contract in Andalucía.
