Your Mission
As Managing Partner of ISG in Spain, you will develop and lead your own business within an international HR consulting group, driven by a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
Your role will combine business development, client management, and project delivery. You will build long-term relationships with companies and decision-makers while developing tailored HR solutions across areas such as:
- Executive Search: Recruitment of executives and strategic profiles.
- Search & Selection: Recruitment of managers, specialists, and qualified professionals.
- HR Consulting: Strategic HR advisory and organisational development.
- Development & Training: Tailored programmes to develop skills and talent.
- Outplacement: Supporting companies and professionals throughout periods of transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead business within an international HR consulting group.
- Combine business development, client management, and project delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with companies and decision-makers.
- Develop tailored HR solutions in various areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, client management, and project delivery.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in executive search, HR consulting, and related areas.
