M&A Director - EY Parthenon

Due to rapid expansion, we are now looking for candidates to join our Warsaw team, and we want you to explore our M&A Director Role.

As part of the TSE Transaction Technology team, you will advise and support clients through the deal lifecycle, providing a range of sell-side and buy-side IT advice to clients. Services range from IT due diligence, IT integrations, and carve-outs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a true team leader of EYP Technology M&A team.
• Drive business development, establish relationships with key stakeholders across EY, take part in negotiations with clients, and be responsible for our go-to-market strategy.
• Develop and manage IT-related M&A projects – end-to-end from Due Diligence over Day 1 preparation to Carve-out / Post Merger Integration for the technology part of the transaction.
• Be a mentor for our Technology consultants and manage the team during projects.

Requirements

• Leadership skills, relevant experience in managing complex M&A projects.
• Internal and external business development acumen.
• Creativity, innovation, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize work efficiently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Technology M&A-related experience for 8+ years. IT M&A / IT / Technology Strategy or similar positions (e.g., in Technology Consulting) will be treated as a great plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and consulting attitude - can demonstrate the skills and experience required to operate in a client-facing role within a professional services firm.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Ability to perform analysis and synthesize data into useful insights.
• Polish language (native or C2), excellent written and verbal command of English (min. C1).
