Join Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH for a mandatory internship in Controlling, focusing on Business Unit (BU) Strategy & Digitalization. Shape the annual strategy process for a business unit and develop a digitalization project using tools like PowerAutomate, IBM Planning Analytics, Copilot, or Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in shaping the annual strategy process for a business unit.
• Independently develop a digitalization project using advanced tools and Excel functions.
• Conduct detailed cost analyses, including profitability assessments of the product portfolio.
• Participate in restructuring projects spanning multiple global locations and functions.

Requirements

• Education: Studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable fields.
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills; aptitude for working with other software and databases.
• Personality and Working Practice: Passion for working with numbers and data, ability to work independently, reliability, high motivation, and a willingness to learn.
• Work Routine: Hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days/week on-site.
• Enthusiasm: Passion for automation, digitalization, and process optimization.
• Languages: Very good proficiency in English or German.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PowerAutomate, IBM Planning Analytics, Copilot, or Gemini.
