M&E Assistant – TB Outreach Project

Location: Kono District, Sierra Leone

Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Management

    • Support daily collection of TB screening, diagnostic, referral, and treatment data from the Mobile TB Screening Unit.
    • Ensure complete and timely entry of project data into TB Hunter and other approved electronic systems.
    • Verify the completeness and accuracy of source documents before data entry.
    • Organize and maintain both electronic and hard-copy project records.
    • Ensure all project databases are regularly updated.
  • Data Quality Assurance

    • Conduct routine data verification and validation under the supervision of the M&E Officer.
    • Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate data and follow up with service providers for correction.
    • Participate in routine Data Quality Assessments (DQAs) and data cleaning exercises.
    • Maintain high standards of data confidentiality and security.
  • Reporting

    • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly project reports in the TB mobile Van.
    • Assist in preparing donor reports, program updates, and routine monitoring reports.
    • Generate routine summaries of project indicators for review by the M&E Officer.
    • Maintain reporting schedules and ensure timely submission of reports.
