About the Position
FlexReality is a product IT company in the EdTech sector, specializing in virtual and augmented reality. Our product, AR Book, is a powerful tool and ecosystem for schools, teachers, and students, enabling the creation, execution, and analysis of lesson effectiveness. The system includes an AR app for students, a Teacher's Personal Office, a Content Marketplace, and a VR Lab.
The goal of AR Book is to enhance the educational process through innovative technologies, interactive content, and the use of virtual and augmented reality.

We are currently looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and communicative Manual QA Engineer to join our team.
This role involves functional and regression testing, close collaboration with the development team, and active participation in improving product quality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional, smoke, and regression testing of web and mobile products;
- Test layout and responsiveness on various devices and browsers;
- Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues;
- Write and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists);
- Formulate and update the scope of regression testing;
- Report and track bugs in the Jira system;
- Analyze logs and error messages during defect investigation;
- Validate API responses using Postman (as needed);
- Create and maintain test data for various scenarios;
- Analyze requirements and participate in task estimation;
- Participate in grooming sessions and discussion of new features;
- Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and product managers to ensure high product quality.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications;
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes;
- Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform testing;
- Ability to create test cases based on acceptance criteria;
- Experience with DevTools and Postman;
- Experience with Jira and TestRail;
- Understanding of client-server architecture;
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) methodology.
Nice to Have
- Ability to write simple SQL queries for data verification;
- Minimum experience with test automation.
