About the Position
We are hiring a Manual QA Engineer 💻 to join our team. Responsibilities include conducting manual testing, creating test cases, and collaborating with the development team to ensure quality.
Responsibilities
- Conducting manual testing of web applications (back end + front end logics);
- Conducting thorough regression, functional, and smoke testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionalities;
- Creating comprehensive test cases based on specifications and executing them to identify and report defects;
- Working closely with the development team to understand requirements and provide timely feedback on issues;
- Maintaining detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports;
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects through their lifecycle using a bug tracking system;
- Communicating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of testing objectives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year in manual software testing;
- English level at least B1;
- Strong and commercial experience in regression, functional, smoke testing (experience with other manual testing ways would be a plus);
- Analytical skills to analyze requirements and identify potential areas of risk;
- Details-oriented to catch and report even the smallest defects;
- Good communication skills and proactive approach.
