This time you have the chance to be part of a project related to the development, consulting, and support of IT systems for Frontex. The European Border and Coast Guard Agency supports EU Member States and Schengen-associated countries in the management of the EU's external borders and the fight against cross-border crime.

Work Model: Hybrid (5 days per month from the office in Warsaw)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing strategy and planning test activities
• Develops test plan, test cases, and designs testing environment
• Implements, executes, and debugs application test cases and scripts
• Validates and documents completion of testing and development
• Interprets test results, reports on test progress and issues
• Analyses functional and technical system design for testability
• Contributes to quality assurance in the project
• Documents tests and tracks defects
• Monitors test results, analyses quality of the system, and reports on status and trends
• Cooperates with analysis, architects, Software Development, and service desk teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience
• Minimum 4 years of project experience relevant to the profile or in a similar role
• Higher vocational education (minimum Bachelor's degree)
• Holds at least one of the following certifications:
  • ISTQB Advanced
• Expert in testing including unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, performance and stress testing, acceptance testing, and regression testing
• Expert in designing test environments
• Hands-on experience in testing complex systems up to the amount of years per profile requested at the "minimum experience at similar position"
• Experience in setting up test management tools for new projects
• Experience in providing test documentation
• Experience in leading testing in complex projects
• Practical knowledge of testing tools
• Analytical mind, attention to detail, and an ability to pick things up quickly
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of processes in Software Development Lifecycle

Nice to Have

• Experienced in testing front-end and back-end solutions developed on SharePoint on-premise
• Experienced in SharePoint data integration solutions
• Experienced in testing SharePoint Online solutions
