About the Position

Manufacturing Engineer – Standard Operating Instructions (SOI) (all gender)

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and technical work instructions for manufacturing processes in Bayern.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and technical work instructions for manufacturing processes.
• Translate technical and design requirements into understandable and practical documentation for the shop floor.
• Work with SAP production modules to manage and integrate process and manufacturing documentation.
• Use technical drawings and 3D models (preferably with CATIA V5) to interpret manufacturing data and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Quality Assurance departments to ensure correct and compliant work instructions.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering, technical documentation, work preparation, or a comparable role.
• Experience in creating work instructions, Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), or technical production documentation.
• Good knowledge of SAP and ideally experience with CATIA V5 or similar CAD systems.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in the aviation industry or other highly regulated industrial environments.
• Ability to read technical drawings and communicate technical content clearly.
• Very good knowledge of German.
