About the Position
Marketing and Partnerships Manager
Management Remote
Results-Driven Marketing Professional | Remote | 3-5 Years Experience
Ready to turn marketing strategies into measurable business growth? We’re looking for a data-driven marketer who sees campaigns as lead generation engines, not just creative exercises.
Responsibilities
- Platform Optimization: Revamp our website, LinkedIn, and Clutch profiles to boost lead quality and improve response rates from outbound campaigns.
- Channel Testing & Scaling: Identify and test new advertising channels, measure performance quickly, and scale what works while cutting what doesn’t.
- Strategic Partnership Building: Seek out and nurture strategic alliances that expand our reach and unlock new business opportunities beyond traditional referrals.
- Content That Converts: Create compelling case studies, posts, and campaigns focused on showcasing our expertise and generating qualified leads.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track ROI across all channels, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and confidently recommend budget allocation based on performance metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ Years of Marketing Experience: You’ve managed campaigns, measured results, and know what drives real business impact.
- Performance Marketing Mindset: You understand that beautiful design means nothing without leads, and you’re comfortable being measured on conversion metrics.
- B2B & Tech Savvy: Experience with B2B sales cycles, ideally in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or tech services. You understand how technical buyers think.
- Analytics & Tools: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems, and ad platforms. Comfortable with data analysis.
- Partnership Development: You’ve built strategic partnerships or collaborative initiatives that delivered measurable business results.
- Strong Communication: Excellent English (written and verbal) for international client communication and content creation.
- Self-Starter Attitude: You thrive working independently, take ownership of outcomes, and aren’t afraid to challenge ideas that don’t drive results.
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing industry
- Business development or sales support background
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Understanding of software development processes
