Marketing Assistant

About the Position

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This entry-level role offers an ideal first step into the affiliate marketing industry, providing operational support to Client Services (CS) teams. You will help create leading affiliate programs and understand how Awin facilitates that. This role is perfect for those who want to understand the affiliate marketing landscape and have the opportunity to apply for other departmental roles within the business.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the CS team to support some of the network's largest clients.
• Upload offers and creatives to advertiser programs and communicate details to publisher partners.
• Assist with producing regular reports, extracting, and manipulating data for interpretation by CS teams.
• Produce gap analysis reports and recruit affiliates onto programs in collaboration with account management and publisher teams.
• Perform program audits and monitor affiliate performance to ensure network compliance.
• Conduct ad-hoc account health checks, competitor benchmarking, and other requests.
• Take a proactive approach with assigned projects and cases, escalating issues to the appropriate team member/level when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Polish: Communicate with internal staff and external clients on a daily basis.
• Proactive approach: Improve efficiencies and quality of work.
• Attention to detail: Ensure impeccable attention to detail for internal and external facing work.
• Prioritize workload: Meet multiple client deadlines.
• Help peers: Willing to help peers and pick up additional tasks to share workload.
• Take charge of responsibilities: Arrange appropriate cover for time off.
• Train junior staff: Once settled, help train more junior members of staff in the company.
