About the Position
Marketing Automation Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong marketing automation background to support the rollout of marketing initiatives across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will act as the central coordination point between local and global stakeholders, ensuring successful project delivery, alignment, and execution of marketing and marketing automation programs.
Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain
Salary: EUR 50,000.00 to 52,000.00
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate international marketing projects and rollout activities across multiple countries.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, marketing, and technical stakeholders.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure clear communication across local and global teams.
- Coordinate project activities, track progress, and proactively address blockers.
- Support the implementation and adoption of marketing automation solutions and related processes.
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure execution according to agreed timelines and objectives.
- Prepare status reports, steering updates, and project documentation.
- Ensure consistency of rollout plans and best practices across markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering marketing-related projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills in international environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to drive projects independently and manage competing priorities.
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Marketing Automation implementations (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar platforms).
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple countries and cultures.
- Familiarity with digital marketing operations, campaign management, and customer engagement processes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certifications are considered a plus.
