Marketing Automation Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support a strategic marketing automation transformation across multiple international markets.

In this role, you will work closely with regional marketing teams to support the migration from Eloqua to Marketo, helping ensure a smooth transition, implementing best practices, and supporting the adoption of the new platform across different business units.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration from Eloqua to Marketo across EMEA and APAC
• Develop and maintain migration documentation, standards, and best practices
• Create training materials and deliver training sessions for regional stakeholders
• Support data migration and validation activities
• Migrate marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, and forms
• Redesign and implement nurture programs in Marketo
• Ensure campaign governance and adherence to Marketo best practices
• Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams throughout the migration process
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing operational support during and after the migration

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Marketo, including implementation and platform administration
• Experience participating in Marketo migration projects (experience migrating from Eloqua to Marketo is a strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, processes, governance, and best practices
• Experience with campaign setup, nurture programs, data management, and audience segmentation
• Strong data literacy with the ability to validate and troubleshoot data flows
• Basic HTML knowledge for email and landing page editing
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
