Marketing Coordinator – Croatia

About the Position

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing activities across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build a career in marketing operations, campaign coordination, and project management. You will help the marketing team coordinate day-to-day marketing activities, communicate with internal departments and external partners, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support the daily tracking of active marketing campaigns and follow up on ongoing activities.
• Create and manage tickets for internal teams (Design, CRM, Development, Compliance, and other stakeholders).
• Coordinate the delivery of marketing assets with external partners and agencies.
• Assist in campaign planning, execution, and internal communication.
• Maintain marketing documentation, including presentations, reports, offers, and campaign materials.
• Organize and archive marketing documentation and ensure all files are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and maintain Excel trackers for campaigns, budgets, timelines, and project status.
• Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice administration.
• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Native Croatian (written and spoken).
• Very good English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Experience working with presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
