About the Position
Marketing Coordinator for a Performance Marketing Managers Company

Responsibilities
- Experimentation & Reporting
- Set up and coordinate split tests across marketing campaigns
- Analyze performance and execute cutovers to winning variations
- Page & Funnel Development
- Build landing pages and advertorials based on strategic direction
- Ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with campaign goals
- Asset Management & Organization
- Set up and maintain Canto asset library
- Download, upload, and organize vendor and brand assets
- Offer & Platform Management
- Add new offers and landing pages in Everflow
- Support campaign launches and updates across platforms
- Internal Communication & Coordination
- Announce new launches and CRO wins internally
- Ensure Monday communications are clear, timely, and efficient
- Set up Milanote boards for campaign planning and collaboration
- Project & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors to track deliverables and timelines
- Chase vendors for updates and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Schedule reviews and facilitate feedback loops
- Act as a central point of communication across teams and departments
- Operational Support
- Format briefs for campaigns and projects
- Maintain organization across ongoing initiatives and workflows
Requirements
- Familiarity with performance marketing workflows and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Everflow
- Experience working with remote teams and external vendors
- Experience with campaign execution and project coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Working Conditions
- Work type: Full-time
- Department: Operations
- Location: Carmona, Philipines
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM PST
- Training: 8-hour training
