  • Set up and manage automated campaigns using CRM tools like Braze and Iterable to boost engagement at different customer stages.
  • Ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience across all communication channels.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end lifecycle journeys including onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and monetization.

  • Coordinate with the CRM team to align mobile marketing strategies with overall customer lifecycle plans.
  • Use Looker to track customer data and campaign performance, focusing on app installs, engagement, and retention.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze user behavior and cohort performance to refine targeting strategies and improve lifecycle KPIs (retention, LTV, conversion).
  • Build and maintain a roadmap of lifecycle improvements and campaign experiments based on data insights and business priorities.
  • Develop targeted customer segments based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and mobile interactions.
  • Design personalized marketing journeys to boost engagement and customer retention.
  • Execute A/B and multivariate tests across messaging, timing, frequency, and journey logic to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
  • Use Liquid scripting for dynamic content personalization in emails and push notifications.
  • Identify ways to automate CRM workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Document test results, learnings, and best practices to continuously improve lifecycle marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in mobile app marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel strategies with hands-on campaign execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong experience with Braze including Canvas builds, segmentation, campaign QA, and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with dynamic content personalization using Liquid.
  • Ability to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Experience with mobile marketing channels, including push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging.
  • Experience with Looker or other business intelligence tools for tracking and analyzing customer data and campaign performance.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for email and in-app messaging customization.
  • Proven experience in improving customer experience and analyzing performance data.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools besides Looker, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with transitioning between marketing automation platforms and setting up new communication channels.
  • Proficiency in SQL for extracting and analyzing customer data.
  • Familiarity with CDPs and data integrations.
  • Braze certified.
  • Martech stack integration experience.

We Offer
