Responsibilities

The Marketing Designer supports regional marketing, channel marketing, events, and business initiatives by creating and adapting creative assets across a variety of consumer touchpoints. Working directly with internal stakeholders, this role confirms project requirements, gathers necessary information, and delivers design work across print, digital, social, retail, event, and promotional channels.

  • Create and adapt marketing assets across print, digital, social, retail, event, email, presentation, web, and promotional channels using approved campaign concepts, established brand guidelines, provided creative direction, and production standards.
  • Use established Figma templates with components and auto layout, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce consistent, on-brand work.
  • Follow up with internal requestors as needed to obtain missing production details, such as dimensions, file formats, required content, and delivery specifications.
  • Work with Project Managers to resolve questions involving project scope, priorities, timelines, or broader clarification of the brief.
  • Share work with requestors and internal reviewers, ask questions, check for understanding, and incorporate feedback into assigned work.
  • Complete assigned tasks according to established timelines and notify the Project Manager of missing information, production issues, or conflicts that may affect delivery.
  • Collaborate with Creative Services and Marketing team members to execute assigned work, adapt global campaign assets for regional needs, and maintain brand consistency.
  • Use approved AI-enabled creative tools to support asset versioning, adaptation, and production efficiency within established workflows.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of professional design experience supporting a consumer-facing brand, marketing team, or creative organization.
  • A portfolio showing well-crafted, on-brand work across digital and print marketing materials.
  • Experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, within established templates, brand guidelines, and provided creative direction.
  • Experience preparing digital and print assets according to defined specifications and production standards.
  • Ability to apply established brand systems consistently across different formats and channels.
  • Experience working with internal requestors and cross-functional team members to gather production details, share work, and incorporate feedback.
  • Ability to make routine layout, typography, image-selection, asset-adaptation, and production decisions using established practices.
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to ask questions, confirm requirements, and check for understanding.
  • Ability to complete multiple assigned tasks within established timelines and raise questions or concerns when requirements are unclear.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, consistent, on-brand execution.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or a similar project-management platform.
  • Experience creating and adapting assets for regional marketing, channel marketing, retail, events, or sales enablement.
  • Experience applying established brand guidelines for premium consumer, lifestyle, technology, or audio brands.
  • Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, animation, or presentation design.
  • Familiarity with approved AI-enabled creative tools used for asset versioning, adaptation, and production efficiency.
