Marketing Designer

About the Position

COPYMIND is looking for a Marketing Designer to join our team and create impactful advertising creatives and visuals. If you have a knack for leveraging AI tools and enjoy creative problem-solving, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Create advertising creatives (videos and static visuals) based on general direction or specifications
• Research new formats and approaches to positioning creatives among competitors
• Generate your own ideas and implement them in creatives

Requirements

• Experience as a marketing designer (experience in marketing teams, creating advertising creatives)
• Proficiency in Figma and CapCut
• Ability to edit videos and adapt creatives to different formats
• Understanding of visual storytelling principles, hierarchy, and composition
• Creativity, flexibility of thinking, and a desire to experiment
• Experience with AI tools for content generation - is a must
• Ability to organize work independently, adapt quickly, and bring ideas to fruition

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools like Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Google AI Studio, etc.
• Copywriting skills or creating texts for creatives
• Understanding of advertising and user engagement funnel
• Previous experience in a performance team
