About the Position
We are seeking a Marketing Director for a FMCG company to lead the marketing team, develop strategies, and achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and coach a team for success
- Prepare and manage annual cost and income budgets
- Create a Marketing strategy based on buying trends and consumer income information
- Ensure strategies are implemented with the goal of achieving predetermined company objectives
- Develop and launch customer loyalty and/or discount programs
- Report directly to CEO of the company

- Proven experience in Marketing Strategy
- Strong skills in Team Management
- Proficiency in Budget Management
- Expertise in Consumer Insights
