Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of creative campaigns that strengthen our brand and support our growth goals. You’ll manage and produce engaging content across all digital channels, ensuring it aligns with our voice and values. You’ll develop, implement, and refine digital marketing strategies - with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, and email marketing - and use performance data to optimize engagement and reach. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll keep projects on track, juggle multiple priorities, and ensure everything meets the highest standards. Staying ahead of industry trends and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table will be key to your success in this role.

Requirements

Essential

• Strong communication and copywriting skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Data analysis and performance tracking (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Experience in campaign management and strategy development
• Proven ability to increase customer engagement and conversions
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Desirable

• Experience with SEO and content marketing
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices
• Advanced degree or certifications in Marketing or a related discipline
