About the Position
AutoBidMaster, a global online car auction platform with 17 years of experience, is seeking a proactive Marketing Generalist to join our PL Lounge in Warsaw, Poland. This role will strengthen our global marketing team and focus on digital marketing and local brand development.
Responsibilities

Digital, SMM, and Ads (~70% of time)
- Social Media & Video: Recording, editing, and publishing engaging content on Instagram and TikTok.
- Paid Campaigns: Creating and optimizing Meta Ads (FB/IG) with a focus on lead generation and reach (support provided).
- Community Management: Actively engaging the local automotive community online (FB groups, forums) to build our brand image.

Local Brand Development (~30% of time)
- Events and Networking: Researching automotive gatherings and events, creating local action strategies, and representing our brand at these events.
- Collaboration and B2B: Acquiring local creators/influencers and establishing partnerships with local businesses (cross-promotion).
Requirements
- Experience: Practical skills in managing social media, video creation and editing, and basic knowledge of Meta Ads management.
- Proactivity and Openness: Comfortable in front of the camera, easily establishes contacts, and is proactive with their own initiatives. Works independently and does not wait for ready-made solutions.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to successfully manage local projects while collaborating with our international team.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of graphic design programs (Canva/Photoshop).
- Interest in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of the Russian language.
